Did you know that Florida has more than 44,000 farms which grow many of the foods we eat every day? Here you will find recipes for some delicious creations you can whip up at home using foods grown in Florida. Let’s get to cooking!

“Florida Fruit Soup”

Ingredients:

• 1 Florida Cantaloupe

• 1 Florida Watermelon

• 2 Bananas

• ½ Cup of Florida Blueberries

• 4 Cups of Florida Orange Juice

Directions:

1. Using a melon ball scoop, scoop out ten watermelon balls and ten cantaloupe balls and set aside.

2. Pour orange juice into blender, add bananas and blend.

3. Pour mixture into two soup bowls.

4. Add watermelon, cantaloupe and blueberries to each bowl.

5. Grab a spoon and enjoy your Florida Fruit Soup!
