Putnam Issues Statement on Withdrawal of Candidate from Commissioner of Agriculture Race

Adam Putnam issued a statement today in response to a recent announcement by Sen. Baker that he was withdrawing from the race for Commissioner of Agriculture.
“Senator Baker is a fine man and a dedicated public servant. A soldier, father and senator, Carey is a strong conservative voice for small businesses, families and veterans. His leadership is an asset to our state and will help us steer through difficult times. I hope to earn his support to assist in that effort as Commissioner of Agriculture.”
